The number one and best compliment we get is, “I love the photos! You made it feel so easy.”
Most people are uncomfortable having their photo taken. We make people feel comfortable by talking them through the process.
We give them confident but friendly direction, tweaking and adjusting to get to the best look. Yes, our technique is excellent. Yes, we know our gear. But it's the constant communication that puts our subjects at ease.
We are building trust and working together to make sure our subject is getting what they want out of their photo. -
The most asked question! Here is a blog post that answers this question in detail.
A few quick thoughts for you:
Look to your industry for cues on the dress code. A lawyer is more likely to wear a jacket and tie. A corporate client will wear a well-pressed shirt or blouse. Work in a creative field? Cool office casual can work. The most important thing: dress like yourself as though you are going to meet your best client.

For financial services headshots, we recommend 5-10 minutes max per employee. We are dialed in with our setup before they enter the room, so when they get there, we can push through the shoot at a swift but controlled pace.
Certain industries and positions, including legal and managing director/c-suite level, can call for more time. -
Yes. We can map out our production days to align with your next board meeting, quarterly review, or company retreat when the entire team is in town. We also travel.
Alternatively, we create brand guidelines for your firm so that remote teams can work with nearby photographers. -
We have a few ways of solving this.
1. If your team is big enough, we recommend bringing us in for multiple days. If someone is absent on day one, they will likely be there for day two.
2. As long as you have at least 3 people or can meet our minimum rate, we can come to you for an interim shoot.
3. You provide the best photo you have of this person, and we can clip them onto your background. This can be a good space holder until we are back for the next shoot day. -
Our headshot days are priced either per person, or as an hourly or flat rate. Branding photography will be more individualized, but usually includes headshots, candid office shots, product photos and an image library for the social media feed. Look at our packages page for examples.
